On the occasion of Vana Mahotsav, celebrated from 1st July to 10th July 2025, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan organized a National Photography Contest open to students from Grades 1 to 12 across schools in India. The aim of the competition was to encourage young minds to explore and appreciate the world of flora around them.
Participants were required to capture a clear photograph of any small herb they encountered and submit relevant details such as the name of the herb, location of discovery, and interesting facts about it.
Among thousands of entries received from across the country, three students from Bhavan’s Lloyds Vidya Niketan secured a place in the top 1000 entries, showcasing their keen observation skills and creativity. The proud achievers are:
