Kargil Vijay Diwas – 26th July 2026

BLVN observed Kargil Vijay Diwas to honour the valour, sacrifice and unwavering dedication of the Indian Armed Forces. The programme served as a poignant reminder of the courage displayed by our soldiers during the Kargil War of 1999 and the importance of safeguarding the nation’s sovereignty.

The school’s NCC cadets participated with pride and discipline, adding a sense of solemnity and patriotic spirit to the observance. Through the programme, students reflected on values such as patriotism, courage, discipline, duty and selfless service.

The observance encouraged young learners to remember the sacrifices of the armed forces with gratitude and to understand that being a responsible citizen also means contributing positively to the nation and upholding the values of unity, peace and service.
